What is the program?

The Upfront Accelerator is a 12 week program with one goal: To get you to your next major milestone as efficiently as possible. This doesn't mean grinding you into the dirt or flogging you. This is a personalised program where together we come up with what we think are reasonable targets to achieve within 12 weeks and then we build our strategy up from there.

We have the 4 pillars: Training, Nutrition, Mindset and Lifestyle.

Week 1:
- Onboarding & intro to the program
- Access to online learning portal (where you begin consuming the 'Fundamentals Series' to equip you with everything you need to succeed.)
- Personalised Program
- Starting Nutrition strategy
- Lifestyle & Mindset Audit: unpacking where you're at now, potential obstacles, strengths and weaknesses. If we need to get your support on a call like a spouse or parent, hell yeah, we get them involved too. You need a team.

By week 4, you're seeing results stack up, you're seeing progress in the gym because we're tracking that, and you're doing weekly check ins and communicating with me daily to ensure you're taken care of.

By week 8 you're flying.

By week 12 you're wondering how you lived as that old version of you for so long - It only took 12 weeks.

I’ve tried diets, PTs, and challenges before, so what makes this different?

The problem with a lot of other programs and tools is that they only focus on one area and neglect the many factors that make up the individuals circumstances. I coach using the 4 pillars: Training, Nutrition, Mindset & Lifestyle.

Yes I coach you how to train correctly for consistent gains.
Yes I teach you what to eat to drop the kgs and build the muscle.

But I also coach systems like time management, sleep hygiene, juggling responsibilities, tackling distractions, improving your relationship with food and flexible training systems to ensure you're always equipped to stay on track.

Bundle that with my online learning portal, which is packed with tools and resources Plus the fast communication, regular check ins and catch up calls, we are a team the whole way through.

What if I have injuries or pain (shoulder, knee, back, etc.)?

If you have an injury or chronic condition, I'd still love to talk to see if I can point you in the right direction. Have a read of the attached review from Dane (the worst back I've ever worked with).

I've worked with many aches, injuries and medical conditions. At any point I don't feel it's within my scope I refer and often work alongside other health professionals for the good of the client. I will always have your back.

What if I can’t stick to it because of work, kids or being time poor?

I am a huge advocate for making space for the things that truly matter in life. This process of looking after yourself is one of them. In most cases this is something we can find solutions too. I myself run a business, manage a home and with 50% custody of my children.

I've worked with someone recently who travels a lot for work and has a newborn, so we developed a flexible training and nutrition strategy for him.

I've got many students juggling work in the program.
Fathers juggling kids.
Husbands juggling marriage and other responsibilities.

That's life. And we have systems to manage these obstacles - thats how we level up.

I battle with mental health / neurodivergence, will this take that into account?

Dude I'll share a little of my background here:

- Diagnosed ASD-1 and ADHD at 30
- Battling insomnia for looks at calendar... 8 years...
- Have experienced tremendous anxiety, depression etc
- Trying to sustain a home on a single income with 2 kids I have 50% of the time.
- Struggle with focus, self regulation, etc

Guys, I walk the talk. I don't say this like I've got it figured out, I don't. Except one core truth of life: action beats everything. Taking messy action beats doing nothing. Go back and listen to the stories of many of the guys (especially Nathan) and see how this program can not only work with these conditions, but may actually help.

I struggle with motivation and consistency, how do you address that?

Short Answer: on a person by person basis. I need to know you and understand you.

Long answer: Everything I said above + I deal with this all the time (including in myself). Lacking motivation can stem from feeling stretched thin, trying to fill a void with distractions, chasing certain feelings or experiences (like that sweet sniper headshot in Halo 3, remember those days?) or feeling like you're not getting results.

So many things cripple our motivation. My job is to help understand what your issues are and walk through them with you providing structure and accountability along the way. Ultimately this is on you, but the journey towards consistent motivation and engagement is often more fun and rewarding than you think.

Is this online or face to face?

I have a few different service options. Primarily this is an online coaching program (not personal training) that covers all the fundamentals and more.

Online allows for greater flexbility and more in-depth coaching in many ways. The way feedback is delivered allows your coach to be with you wherever you are, whenever, so you can train and make it work on your schedule.

For anyone in the Camden/Macarthur region however I do have some (very limited) face to face hybrid coaching options.

What if I've never had coaching before?

That's why I built this program. The fastest and best results most people get are within the first 1-2 years of training. This is when rebuilding your foundations can give you massive returns in your investment. The body is eager to grow and change at this stage, so we take full advantage of that.

This is also why the program is so hands on. I walk with you at every step. I'm highly responsive on WhatsApp and you get continuous monitoring of your progress. This is why it's more than a personal training program, this is a mentorship where we are going to address many areas in your life to truly create something that lasts.

What results could I expect in 12 weeks?

Obviously I have to begin by saying: Individual results may vary.
Results depend on effort, consistency, starting situation, genetics, etc, but here’s what most engaged clients experience over 12 weeks:

That said, some of the more common statistics/results:

- Clients seeking fat loss, on average lose at least 5% of their bodyweight but most achieve 8-12% bodyweight loss.
- Skinnier clients tend to see an increase of roughly 5% of their bodyweight.
- We tend to see pretty good strength and muscle size improvements in 12 weeks. Keep in mind a beginner is highly sensitive to training stimulus and part of the size also comes from cell swelling. Further, part of the strength comes simply from an increase in neuromuscular coordination. That said, they are still wins and we often see strength increases of well over 10-20%+ in 12 weeks.
- Many clients who struggle with motivation and anxiety report significant improvements in these areas.
- Sleep hygiene improves substantially.
- Relationship and enjoyment of food also show big improvements.
- Energy levels are reported as being much higher.
- Overall satisfaction and quality of life is better.
- Sense of alignment with personal values and lived actions is also better. (Being the man we say we want to be.)
- Confidence in the gym and confidence with all the exercises improves dramatically.
- Many chronic standard aches and pains typically resolve within the 12 weeks. Anything more complicated we refer out and by working alongside physiotherapists we see fantastic results in most cases.

Hey, I'm Ryan

I built this program out of experience, not theory.

For years I trained hard but stayed stuck. I’d push myself, get worn down, lose consistency, and start again. I thought training alone was the answer, but I was ignoring the things that actually decide your results: food, sleep, stress, and how you live day to day.

Things started to change when I stopped chasing quick outcomes and focused on building systems that worked together. Training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle all had to align. Once they did, progress became consistent and life felt clearer, calmer, and more in control.

Now I help other men do the same. Most of my clients are smart, busy, and tired of guessing. I teach them how to simplify the process, get strong without burning out, and build real confidence that lasts.
